Know Your Money is an asset aggregation tool designed to facilitate the end-to-end delivery of an extensive product offering. It connects diverse assets by onboarding partners to create an ecosystem for reconciling traditional assets and alternative investments. This provides clients with a comprehensive view of all their assets while keeping the bank at the centre of our clients’ lives.

Know Your Money (KyM): An Overview
The number of High Net Worth Individuals (HNWI) holding diverse asset classes is increasing globally, leading to clients having a fragmented understanding of their total assets across multiple platforms. Know Your Money offers clients a holistic view of their assets and facilitates access to an expanded digital-only product offering. The first step in creating this ecosystem is to consolidate traditional assets and alternative investments under a personalised platform, enabling both clients and relationship managers to have a clear overview of the portfolio.

Research Insights
In a global client survey with 5,000 client responses, clients are asking for
“enhanced e-banking and online trading”
so they can be more closely served and have easy access via the bank’s digital services. The survey found clients positively associated the bank with a strong focus on the needs of High Net Worth Individuals (HNWI), stressing the importance of
“high-quality digital touchpoints”.
Roadmap
The goal of the platform is to create a digital-first, hybrid service model for clients with an efficient access to human expertise. This will be done in a 3 phase-gated process, with each stage having its own core functionality. This ensures that user experience and technical feasibilities can be better managed.  Key metrics will be monitored to ensure enhancements in the bank’s digital channels and capabilities.

Real Estate
Real estate is an alternative asset that could potentially take up a large portion of the portfolio. 3rd party APIs to connect to real estate databases allows the platform to pull up-to-date real estate prices. They also allow users to automatically search for their properties simply by using their postal codes.
Digital Assets
Users can connect their digital exchanges and digital wallets for a live update of their digital asset portfolio. Connectivity with pricing APIs allows for real-time performance to be tracked.
Rare Collectibles
Rare collectibles such as luxury cars, expensive watches and even wine collections can add up in value. Users can scan or upload photos to automatically identify the model, make and name of their collectibles with a value estimation provided by various databases. A machine learning algorithm ensures that the platform is constantly improving its search functionality.
