( About )
I am a product designer with a passion for transforming real problems into simple, user-friendly solutions that are accessible to everyone. I graduated from the College of Design and Engineering at the National University of Singapore with a degree in Architecture. My transition into product design was fueled by my enthusiasm for creating digital products. I find joy in collaborating with users and applying a user-centric approach to design.
Below, you'll find a glimpse of some of the design thinking workshops I have led. These workshops aimed to unravel solutions for complex challenges and shape product vision. The workshops I've facilitated include discovery sprints, co-creation sessions, customer journey mapping, and more ↓
